These affiliates are bound by the same privacy commitments described here.
6.3 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, or government requests
– Enforce our Terms or other agreements

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any resulting changes to this policy.
6.5 With Your Consent
We may share information with other parties when you direct us to or otherwise consent.
7. Analytics and Advertising
We may use analytics services to understand Site usage and improve our products. These services typically set cookies or use similar technologies and may process IP addresses and usage data.
We use Google Analytics 4, which processes data per Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
7.1 Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. You can still control tracking through our cookie banner and your browser settings.
7.2 Global Privacy Control
Where required by law (including for California residents), we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. General retention guidelines:
- Account information: for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support, disputes, and legal obligations.
– Transaction records: for the period required by tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws (generally 7 years in the U.S.).
– Support communications: typically 2–3 years after resolution.
– Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression-list retention to honor your opt-out.
– Analytics data: per the configured retention period of our analytics provider.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, hashed passwords, and secure payment processing through PCI-compliant providers.
No system is perfectly secure, however. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@precisionsetups.gg.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@precisionsetups.gg with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

– Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
10.3 For California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you have the right to:

– Delete personal information, subject to exceptions
– Correct inaccurate personal information
– Limit the use of sensitive personal information
– Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not sell your personal information as defined by California law
– Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights
California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf. California’s “Shine the Light” law permits residents to request information about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing; we do not currently share personal information for those purposes.
10.4 For Residents of Other U.S. States
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Contact us at legal@precisionsetups.gg to exercise these rights.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at legal@precisionsetups.gg and we will take appropriate action to delete it.
Users between 13 and 17 may use the Services only with parental or guardian involvement and consent, as described in our Terms.
12. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the U.S. and in the countries where our service providers operate. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by law (including for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect your information.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services — including iRacing, Discord, social media, or partner broadcasters. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
