Homestead is a fast, worn-out, multi-groove intermediate track that requires:

Run the bottom without killing exit speed
Move up toward the wall as the tires fall off
Keep the rear tires underneath the truck on throttle
Maintain rotation through long, sweeping corners

That tends to favor a setup built around long-run balance, rear security, and tire management over one that is only fast for a few laps in clean air.

Early in a run, the bottom can be quick if the truck rotates well and drives off clean.
